According to a previous document of inheritance and settlement, a house located in the Sang-i Siyah neighborhood of Shiraz, including the yard, trees, a well, and a kitchen, had been transferred from Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of the late Mulla Fazl‘ali, to his wife, Bibi Husná Jan, and his two daughters, Bibi Mah Tal‘at and Bibi Jiliyyah. On October 28, 1914 ‘Abd al-Razzaq from Shiraz transfers three sixths of a garden known as Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Qarib in Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz. According to a different agreement, on February 22, 1917, one third of the mentioned property [one sixth of the garden] was settled to Haji Asad Allah and Khanum Mah, the wife of Karbalayi Haji (Haji Haydar ‘Ali's son). Request for testimony regarding inheritance
Mirza Muhammad Rahim requests testimony on the following: that four-sixths of a house, located in Sang-i Siyah neighborhood [Shiraz], belonged to the late Hajiyah Khanum Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Muhammad ‘Ali Sayyid Mirzayi, and her inheritors are Mirza Muhammad Rahim and his sister (on his mother's side), Shams Hajiyah, the daughter of the late Haji Mirza ‘Abd Allah. The house is currently in Mirza Muhammad Rahim's possession. On the margin seven people have testified.

Shaykh Jalal al-Din and Sakinah Bibi, the son and the wife of Haji Mirza Davud known as Nizam al-‘Ulama’, on his behalf have sold some properties including a house, located in Sar-i Bagh neighborhood of Shiraz, to Haji Ghulamhusayn Bayg, the son of Fath Allah Bayg from Shiraz, for seventeen tumans after taking into account the time the property was possessed by Mirza Muhammad Husayn and his inheritors.
